Indian High Commissioner to Bangladesh Prannoy Verma held a courtesy meeting with Minister of Fisheries and Livestock and Awami League Presidium member Birmuktijoddha Md. Abdur Rahman.
This courtesy meeting was held today, May 12, Sunday afternoon in the minister’s office room in the secretariat.
During the courtesy call, the minister said that there are common issues related to the interests of both countries in the fisheries and livestock sector and said that we have to find out these issues and work together.
It was discussed that both countries will benefit if they work together on common issues related to fisheries and livestock development including technology transfer, capacity building, training, research.
