Riyadh Season 2025 Reaches Major Milestone with Over 2 Million Visitors

Just weeks after its grand opening, Riyadh Season 2025 has reached a remarkable milestone, welcoming more than two million visitors since its launch on October 10. The announcement was made on Wednesday by Turki Alalshikh, Chairman of Saudi Arabia’s General Entertainment Authority (GEA).

Alalshikh stated that Riyadh Season has now established itself among the world’s leading entertainment events, drawing global attention through a diverse range of high-profile activities and performances. Since its inauguration, the festival has hosted multiple international-standard events that have captivated audiences from across the region and beyond.

Among the standout attractions was the King’s Cup MENA, featuring some of the top content creators and influencers from the Middle East and North Africa. The Power Slap 17 event, which saw participation from several international stars, has also gained widespread popularity worldwide.

Traditional crowd-favorite zones such as Al-Suwaidi Park and The Groves have been redesigned and expanded to offer visitors enhanced experiences of international quality. These locations have seen a surge in attendance, providing a blend of cultural, recreational, and family-oriented attractions.

Riyadh Season 2025 has not only excelled in sports and entertainment but has also broadened its cultural and commercial horizons. Through major exhibitions such as Ana Arabia, an international cultural showcase, and the Jewellery Salon, which highlights the luxury and business dimensions of the event, the festival continues to evolve into a multifaceted celebration.

Organizers noted that the combination of entertainment, culture, and commerce has given Riyadh Season 2025 a unique global stature. They expressed optimism that, before the festival concludes, total visitor numbers will surpass all previous records.

Launched under the theme of “Big Time,” Riyadh Season continues to embody Saudi Arabia’s growing influence in global entertainment and tourism, reflecting the country’s ambitious Vision 2030 goals to diversify its economy and promote cultural engagement on an international scale.
