On November 2 (Sunday) in Ningbo, Zhejiang Province, China, Chinese Vice Premier He Lifeng and Russian Deputy Prime Minister Dmitry N. Chernyshenko attended the 29th meeting of the Regular Meeting Committee of the Chinese and Russian Premiers.
During the meeting, He Lifeng stated that since the beginning of this year, Chinese President Xi Jinping and Russian President Vladimir Putin have held multiple meetings. These interactions have achieved new and significant consensus on deepening strategic coordination and pragmatic cooperation across various fields, stabilizing bilateral relations and guiding them toward long-term development.
He added that, through the personal efforts of the two heads of state, the process of pragmatic cooperation between China and Russia has continuously improved. Exchanges have become closer, bilateral economic and trade cooperation has maintained a stable growth trend, key projects are being implemented steadily, and cooperation in relevant areas has been fruitful.
In response, Chernyshenko said that Russia-China relations are at their best historical level. Both countries have achieved productive and practical cooperation in various fields. Russia is eager to work with China to further enhance the level of cooperation, expand areas of collaboration, and leverage the full potential of bilateral relations.
