After entering Russia’s Kursk region through the border on August 6, the Ukrainian forces started attacking. It was the largest attack on Russian soil since World War II. Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said the West wants to escalate the war in Ukraine. He said, we confirm once again that playing with fire is very dangerous.
Lavrov said that when Americans hear about World War III, they assume without thinking that Europe will be the only one affected. But World War III would not be confined to Europe.
Russian President Vladimir Putin has threatened to use nuclear weapons several times since the outbreak of war in 2022. But he also said that Russia does not want a conflict with the US and NATO.
