Despite various challenges, China’s economy has achieved fresh progress this year and is on track to meet its annual development targets.
Li added that China will continue to deepen its opening-up and encourage more foreign enterprises to invest in the country. China stands ready to work with all parties to strengthen a mutually beneficial global economic and trade architecture, advance deeper economic globalization, reinforce the authority and effectiveness of multilateral mechanisms, and mobilize broader efforts to promote shared development.
Leaders of international economic organizations noted that China’s 15th Five-Year Plan will inject confidence and new momentum into global development. They emphasized that China’s firm support for multilateralism, its commitment to advancing the development of the Global South, and its efforts to build a community with a shared future for humanity set an important example for the world.
