The MESHK Summer Maktab 2024 graduation program was a grand success. Held at the Community Hall of Kowloon Mosque and Islamic Center, the event celebrated the students’ significant accomplishments and dedication to Islamic education. Organized by MESHK, the program featured a vibrant blend of Islamic academic recognition and cultural performances. Parents and guests enthusiastically expressed joy and shared their thoughts on the students’ achievements.
The Principal Instructor of MESHK Summer Maktab 2024, Mufti Zaman Sahib, Ustad, and Khatib of Jamia Masjid, Central, shared inspiring experiences and highlighted the transformation witnessed in each student throughout the academic journey. The Chief Imam of Kowloon Mosque and Islamic Center, Mufti Muhammad Arshad, addressed important Nasiah and conducted Dua, adding a spiritual ambiance to the event.
The students delighted the audience with performances, including Tilawat, Nashed, and quizzes, showcasing their talent and study dedication. The event culminated in distributing prizes and certificates to acknowledge the successful students. The joy and excitement were palpable as parents and students celebrated their achievements.
Outstanding performances were not just acknowledged but celebrated, with students such as Zainab Khandaker, Abdullah Khandaker, and Jawad Abdullah achieving top honors in the junior group and ISLAM Muhammad Tazimul, ISLAM Muhammad Latiful, and Tahmid Al Azad leading the senior group. Special recognition was given to students with perfect attendance and high attendance rates throughout the course. This emphasis on recognition made the students feel valued and appreciated for their efforts.
Maktab Education Services of Hong Kong (MESHK) provides a strong foundation in Islamic education and strengthens Islamic beliefs among students through a structured curriculum. The institution offers Aqaid, Fiqh, Sirah, Ahadith, Tarikh, Akhlaq, and Adab courses. The institution aims to spread and strengthen Islam among the Muslim community in Hong Kong through quality education and dawah.
