Israeli authorities say 183 Palestinian prisoners who were supposed to be released today have been released.
A spokesman for the Israeli Jail Service said the prisoners were transferred from the West Bank Offer Jail and Ketziot Jail in South Israel before the release.
Some of the prisoners released today were suffering from life imprisonment or long imprisonment.
Buses carrying Palestinian prisoners released under the Gaza ceasefire agreement arrived at the European Hospital in South Gaza.
Buses carrying about 5 Palestinian prisoners arrived at the European Hospital in Khan Younis.
There they come together with their families. There are huge crowds around the buses, emotional scenes are seen.
