World Intelligence Industry Expo 2025 Kicks Off in Chongqing

The World Intelligence Industry Expo 2025 opened on Friday, September 5, in Chongqing. Centered on the themes of “AI Plus” and “Intelligent New Energy Vehicles,” the event will feature more than ten industry ecosystem conferences covering sectors such as automotive and computing power, along with the launch of over 100 new industry standards, products, and technologies.

Five specialized exhibition areas have been set up: intelligent new energy vehicles, digital cities, smart robots, low-altitude economy, and smart homes. The expo spans a 103,000-square-meter indoor exhibition area and a 40,000-square-meter outdoor space. More than 600 leading domestic and international companies are participating, showcasing over 3,000 new products, technologies, and innovations.

At the opening ceremony, the “Champion vs. Champion – CMG China New Energy Vehicle Challenge” was officially launched. Jointly produced by China Media Group (CMG) and the Chongqing Municipal Government, the event integrates sports with culture and tourism.

Running through September 8, the expo will also host six professional competitions, including the 2025 Asia-Pacific RoboCup Chongqing International Invitational Tournament, as well as seven industry exchange events such as the 4th Robotics Standardization and Key Technologies Seminar. Additionally, three matchmaking events will bring together large, medium, and small enterprises.

During the expo, 298 major projects are expected to be signed, with an estimated total value exceeding 200 billion yuan.
