Maduro Confident Amid U.S. Pressure: Venezuela Will Not Be Defeated

Venezuelan President Nicolás Maduro has asserted that the United States will fail to test his country’s strength. Confident in Venezuela’s stability and resilience, he claims that his nation is “invincible” and will remain steadfast despite any foreign intervention.

Maduro made these remarks on Tuesday during a television program, addressing possible U.S. intervention and military readiness. He noted that Venezuela has faced months of psychological and political pressure, yet he expressed deep gratitude to those who courageously support the country.

Recently, the United States took action against Venezuela by designating a criminal group called Cartel de los Soles as a foreign terrorist organization. Washington claims that the group is operated by Maduro and senior Venezuelan officials. At the same time, the U.S. has increased its military presence in the region, deploying a large aircraft carrier group and F-35 fighter jets.

In August, then-President Donald Trump ordered U.S. forces into the Caribbean, officially to combat drug cartels and prevent illegal drug trafficking. Venezuela, however, described this as a pretext for U.S. interference and accused Washington of seeking regime change.

Maduro emphasized that the support messages he receives are beyond words and serve as a symbol of Venezuela’s stability and sovereignty.

The ongoing tension between the two countries has raised serious concern among international observers. Experts warn that increased military actions or political pressure could further complicate the situation and threaten regional stability.
