Let us fix ‘Service Above Self’ as our Motto of Life- Junioract President Tazim

The Installation Ceremony of the Junioract Club of Yaumati Kaifong Association School (Sponsored by the Rotary Club of Kowloon Golden Mile), RID 3450 held today, 10th March afternoon at 3:15 pm at the school hall. Newly elected President of this Junioract Club, Junioract Tazim hoped to get Service Above Self as their life motto, as he said in his presidential speech.

District Governor of the Rotary International District 3450, Rotarian Dr. Norman Lee, graced the program as the Chief Guest. In his motivational speech, he specified the reason for selecting the green jacket of him and the district team and emphasized the go green project. Junioract members showed their excitement at the time of DG’s speech when he said we are a green team.

School Principal Ms. Mimi Cheiung thanked the Rotary Club of Kowloon Golden Mile for opening a service club for the junior school students in her school.

President Simon of the Rotary Club of Kowloon Golden Mile thanked Youth Director Rotarian PP Dr. Fakhrul Islam Babu and School PTA Secretary Ms. Brenda Wong for the excellent team building and likable presentation of the ceremony.

District Junioract Chair Rotarian PP Wing Leung, Rotarian PP Silva, Rotarian PP Dr. Fakhrul Islam Babu, Rotarian PE Richard, Rotarian PN Vinod, Rotarian Deven of the Rotary Club of Kowloon Golden Mile, Yau Ma Tei Community Leader Mr. Kaywood Kwan, and the teachers of Yaumati Kaifong Association School were present at the installation ceremony.
