The “Hong Kong Civic Education Quiz Competition” (English Version) 2024, organized by the Hope Federation Union, founded by Dr. Halima Ismail and Mr. Henry Ma, has successfully concluded, garnering substantial participation and support from various stakeholders. Held on December 22, the event attracted over 1,300 participants, primarily non-Chinese and Chinese-speaking students, eager to test their knowledge on critical civic topics.

Founded in 2020, the Hope Federation Union aims to support non-Chinese and Chinese-speaking residents in Hong Kong by leveraging its network of ethnic minorities. The organization focuses on policy research concerning relevant issues, striving to enhance happiness, belonging, and security within the ethnic minority community while promoting the culture of the Chinese nation and fostering a cohesive society.
The Hope Federation Union expressed gratitude and support to all participants. It reiterated its dedication to organizing future activities that encourage non-Chinese and Chinese-speaking youth to engage with social issues and participate actively in community initiatives.
