Both sides noted that the China–UAE comprehensive strategic partnership has made positive progress across all areas, meeting the expectations of the leaders and peoples of both countries for development and prosperity. They agreed to implement the important consensus reached during President Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan’s visit to China in 2024 and his meeting with President Xi Jinping, and to work together to elevate bilateral relations to a higher level.

China reaffirmed its firm support for the UAE in safeguarding its national sovereignty, independence, and territorial integrity. In accordance with the UN Charter and international law, China supports the UAE’s efforts to peacefully resolve the issue of the “three islands” through bilateral negotiations. The UAE, in turn, reiterated its firm support for the one-China principle and China’s efforts toward national reunification, and expressed strong opposition to interference by external forces in China’s internal affairs.

China praised the UAE’s development achievements in various fields and expressed its willingness to strengthen alignment between the Belt and Road Initiative and the UAE’s “We the UAE 2031” vision, as well as its long-term development strategy for the next 50 years.

The UAE commended the successful convening of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 20th CPC Central Committee, noting that the important meeting will promote China’s high-quality development and foster mutually beneficial cooperation with the international community.

Both sides spoke positively of the tangible outcomes achieved in practical cooperation and expressed their readiness to further strengthen collaboration in trade, investment, oil and gas, renewable energy, counterterrorism, tourism, and other sectors, in order to continuously advance the China–UAE comprehensive strategic partnership.

The UAE expressed its support for China in hosting the Second China–Arab States Summit and the Second China–Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) Summit in 2026, and conveyed its willingness to work with China to ensure the success of both events. China also expressed its readiness to work with the UAE to accelerate the conclusion of negotiations on the China–GCC Free Trade Agreement.

The two sides welcomed the efforts of the international community to achieve a ceasefire in Gaza and emphasized that all parties should adhere to ceasefire agreements in order to create conditions for lasting peace. Both reaffirmed their support for achieving a comprehensive, just, and lasting peace based on the two-state solution.
