Signatories of the letter include senior Labour MPs such as Emily Thornberry (Foreign Affairs), Sarah Champion (International Development), and Tanmanjeet Singh Dhesi (Defence).
It was also signed by Liberal Democrat leader Ed Davey, Green Party co-leaders Carla Denyer and Adrian Ramsay, SNP Westminster leader Stephen Flynn, and Conservative MPs Kit Malthouse and Edward Leigh. A significant number of other Labour MPs have also backed the call.
