IRGC Launches 22nd Missile Strike: Iran Signals Retaliation

Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) carried out its 22nd missile attack on Friday as part of “Operation True Promise 4”, targeting Israeli and U.S. positions. The strike employed advanced missiles, including Khorramshahr-4, Khaibar, and Fattah.

According to the IRGC, the attack was a direct retaliation for the killing of children at a school in Minab city. Tehran reported that the missiles struck key enemy military installations stretching from the Persian Gulf to Tel Aviv.

Senior officials revealed that Iran has yet to fully deploy its most advanced next-generation weapons and plans to use even more sophisticated long-range systems in future operations, potentially altering the course of the conflict.

Brigadier General Ali Mohammad Naeini, the IRGC spokesperson, stated that Iran is prepared for a long-term conflict and will continue operations until aggressors are suitably punished.

The regional tensions escalated after U.S. and Israeli forces began airstrikes on Iran on February 28. Iran is employing a combined strategy of drones, ballistic, and hypersonic missiles in response.
